
Section 1. Eligibility
1.1 Citizenship in the Kingdom of Shiloh shall be open to all persons who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years.
Section 2. Dual Citizenship
2.1 All citizens of the Kingdom of Shiloh shall retain citizenship of their respective native or host country.
2.2 The Kingdom of Shiloh does not issue passports and shall not provide documentation for the purpose of international travel.
Section 3. Fees and Charges
3.1 No application fee, processing fee, or other charge shall be imposed upon any individual applying for citizenship in the Kingdom of Shiloh.
Section 4. Declaration of Intent
4.1 By submitting an application for citizenship, the applicant affirms a voluntary intent to join a community of individuals committed to creative expression, shared values, and mutual support.

The Commonwealth Assembly of the Kingdom of Shiloh is composed of citizens who are admitted without regard to noble status, knighthoods, or other distinctions of rank. Membership is granted solely on the basis of dedication to the Kingdom and a sincere commitment to the betterment of both Shiloh and oneself.
The Commonwealth is run under the direction of Mr. S. Keant, unless a member of the Commonwealth formally requests leadership, at which point the matter shall be considered.
